Bridal Introduction: Liz

Hey Ladies!

I would like to formally introduce myself as one of the newest members of Jay’s consultation team! I have been working here since February, and have loved helping all of you beautiful brides in finding the dress of your dreams.

I was born and raised in Staten Island, NY, and moved here a few years ago to live close to my family. Growing up in NYC has given me a great appreciation for the arts, different cultures, foods from around the world, and great fashion. But don’t worry, you won’t see me fist pumpin’ anytime soon!

My personal favorite type of wedding dress would be either drop wasted or mermaid cut, with a corseted back and bling in all the right places. Jewel tones would be my favorite color palette, especially purples.

I look foreword to helping you find “the dress” of your dreams!

About Our Fashion Consultants!

"Are you paid on commission?" is probably the most often asked question of our Fashion Consultants. The answer is "No."

Unlike nationwide chain stores, that do pay on commission, our consultants will not push you to make a decision your first time in. They are trained to listen and offer suggestions without being overbearing.

Yes, they will ask you if you have a budget, but only ask the budget to focus on styles that will be within reach.

They will not be phony, or fake either! A few weeks ago, a new bride was put off by another store in town where she was told, "that dress is so you!" She laughed as she told us. "Really? She knew me for 15 minutes...and told me that a dress was so me!"

When our associates are first hired, they are brought into the company as Fashion Consultants and people without an interest in fashion are simply not hired. Most are bonafide shop-a-holics themselves and love helping people put together a look.

Commission is not their goal.
